Ingredients

  • 1 whole red snapper (Pargo Rojo)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes)

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
