- 2 kg fermented fruit (plums, apples, or pears)
- 1 liter water
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 package yeast
- 1 barrel distillation equipment

Collect fully ripe and fermented fruit, preferably plums, apples, or pears.

Wash the fermented fruit and place it in a large fermentation vessel.

Add water to the vessel to cover the fruits completely.
