- 500 grams mutton or beef, cut into pieces
- 200 grams spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste salt
Method

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the mutton or beef pieces, followed by red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the meat is browned.

Pour in water, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.

Add the chopped spinach to the pot and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the spinach is wilted and well combined.

Sprinkle garam masala over the dish, mix well, and let it cook for a few more minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve hot with naan or rice.
