- 100 g rice noodles
- 150 g shrimp
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs large eggs
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2 stems green onions
- 1 lime lime wedges
Method

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until set.
