- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup dashi stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 stalks green onions

Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

In a skillet, combine the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sliced onion. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
