- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup arequipe (dulce de leche)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, water, and sugar to form a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour a small ladleful of the batter onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle.

Cook for about 2 minutes on one side, until it begins to lift from the pan, then flip and cook for another minute.

Remove the oblea from the skillet and let it cool slightly.
