Ingredients

  • 1 cup green grams (mung beans)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Rinse the soaked mung beans under cold water and set aside.
