Ingredients

  • 1 cup Natto (fermented soybeans)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard (optional)
  • 1 green onion Chopped green onion
  • 1 cup Steamed rice
  • 1 tablespoon Dashi (optional)

Method

    Open the package of natto and place it in a bowl.

    Using chopsticks or a fork, stir the natto vigorously for about 30 seconds until it becomes sticky and frothy.
