- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 200 grams tofu
- 100 grams bean sprouts
- 100 grams water spinach (kangkung)
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

Prepare the rice according to package instructions and keep it warm.

In a frying pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the bean sprouts and water spinach, cooking just until they wilt. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, sweet soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth to create the pecel dressing.

To serve, place a portion of cooked rice on each plate. Top with the sautéed vegetables and tofu, then drizzle with the pecel dressing.
