- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot carrot, diced
- 2 eggs eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- to taste salt and pepper
Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

Stir in the diced carrot and cook for an additional 2 minutes until slightly tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.

Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps, and mix everything together.

Pour the sweet soy sauce and soy sauce over the rice mixture, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
