IngredientsWhat you need
- 500 g grade mutton
- 3 pieces cinnamon sticks
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 whole aniseed
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Kashmiri mixed masala according to preference
- 1 tbsp ground ginger and garlic
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 soft cooking potatoes quartered
- curry leaves
Method

Heat oil and add whole spices.

Add onion and cook till done.

Then add tomato and cook till soft.

Add turmeric, masala and ginger and garlic.

Add mutton and curry leaves and mix properly till nicely coated.

Add 1/2 tsp of soomph and dhania powder on top.

Let it cook for 5 minutes then add a little boiled water and set aside.

Let it boil 1 1/2 hours before adding soft potatoes.

Add little boiled water and cook on low till potatoes are done.

Garnish with coriander.
