Ingredients

  • 200 grams buckwheat noodles
  • 1 liter cold water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 4 slices boiled egg
  • 4 slices pickled radish
