Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

    In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, semolina, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.

    Gradually add warm water to the flour mixture while kneading until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
