Indulge in the classic Belgian delight of Moules-Frites, where tender mussels are simmered in white wine, garlic, and fresh parsley, served alongside crispy golden fries. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a festive gathering with friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 kg fresh mussels
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml dry white wine
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • to taste salt and pepper

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
