Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef or goat meat, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 skewers wooden or metal skewers

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the cubed meat, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
