Ingredients

  • 200 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 grams cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 eggs large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons scallions

Method

    Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes.
