  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 100 grams fat (pork or beef)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 50 ml mineral water

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and fat.
