Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Mchicha (amaranth leaves)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method

    Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
