- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons apricot jam
- 100 g chopped nuts
- to taste icing sugar
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a rectangular baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish to form a base.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the crust cool, then spread apricot jam evenly over the top.

Sprinkle chopped nuts over the jam and dust with icing sugar before serving.
