  • 1 kg lamb meat, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and paprika to create a marinade.
