- 500 grams okra, fresh or frozen
- 500 grams beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and beef cubes to the pot. Brown the beef on all sides.

Stir in the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
