Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 g cheese

Method

    Grate the peeled potatoes using a box grater or food processor.

    In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes with flour and salt until well combined.

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
