- 200 g powdered sugar

- 1 roll dough
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, combine the ground poppy seeds, powdered sugar, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, melted butter, warm milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the poppy seed mixture.

Roll out the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking tray, then spread the poppy seed mixture evenly over the pastry.
