- 150 grams ground pork
- 2 tablespoons Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground pork. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
