Ingredients

  • 200 grams ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pack spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups oil

Method

    In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts together.

    Add soy sauce and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.

    Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.

    Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top, sealing the edge with a little water.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
