- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pack spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups oil

In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts together.

Add soy sauce and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
