  • 500 grams white corn
  • 300 grams beef shank
  • 200 grams pork belly
  • 1 cup chorizo sausage

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 liters water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1

In a large pot, combine the soaked corn and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  2. 2

Add the beef shank, pork belly, and chorizo to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

  3. 3

In a separate skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the potatoes, then transfer to the pot.

  4. 4
