- 500 grams white corn
- 300 grams beef shank
- 200 grams pork belly
- 1 cup chorizo sausage
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 liters water

In a large pot, combine the soaked corn and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the beef shank, pork belly, and chorizo to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

In a separate skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the potatoes, then transfer to the pot.

Stir in the smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
