- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little melted butter.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each lívanec. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
