- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth

Place the beef tongue in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove, let cool, and peel off the skin.
