  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons sticky rice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup fresh herbs
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 chillies Thai bird chilies

    Toast the sticky rice in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown, then let cool and grind into a coarse powder.
