Ingredients

  • 500 g pork loin
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • as needed for serving tonkatsu sauce

Method

    Season the pork loin cubes with salt and pepper.

    Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

    Dredge each piece of pork in flour, dip it in egg, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
