- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper

Season the pork loin cubes with salt and pepper.

Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
