- 200 g potatoes, diced
- 200 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 pcs eggs, poached
- to taste g salt and pepper

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they are tender.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot and continue to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the sour cream, chopped dill, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Allow the soup to heat through without boiling for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, poach the eggs in boiling water until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
