  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pandan extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

    In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, tapioca flour, and sugar.

    Add the coconut milk, water, pandan extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.

    Divide the batter into two equal portions. Leave one portion plain and add pandan extract to the other portion for color.
