  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 500 ml vegetable oil

    Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill it with the butter mixture. Seal the pocket with toothpicks if necessary.
