- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, bread crumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick. Repeat until all the mixture is shaped into patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.

Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with mashed potatoes, pickles, or a fresh salad on the side.
