Ingredients

  • 453.6 g ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

    In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt.

    Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
