Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
