- 1 cup sweet potato flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

In a bowl, mix sweet potato flour and corn flour with water until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll each part into a flat circle.

In a separate bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges by pressing them together.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the filled dough for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
