Ingredients

  • 2 cups kimchi
  • 200 grams pork belly
  • 1 cup tofu
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

    In a large pot, add the pork belly and sauté over medium heat until browned.

    Add the kimchi to the pot and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until fragrant.

    Pour in the water (or broth) and bring to a boil.

    Once boiling, add the gochugaru and soy sauce (if using). Stir to combine.
