- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 4 pieces kaffir lime leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the red curry paste and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.

Stir in the fish sauce, palm sugar, kaffir lime leaves, and chopped lemongrass. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
