- 4 stalks rhubarb

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.

Add the lamb or beef cubes to the pot and brown them on all sides.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
