IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup palm sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon pandan extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- 2
In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk, palm sugar, and water over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
