- 500 grams ground lamb or beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste salt
Method

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well until they are evenly combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into kebabs or patties.
