Ingredients

  • 500 grams blood sausage
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 pieces potatoes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

    Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.

    Slice the blood sausage into rounds and add to the skillet with the potatoes and onions.
