- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 medium potatoes

Method

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the shredded cabbage, diced carrots, and potatoes to the pot.

Pour in the vegetable broth, and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
