Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

    In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
