- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 cup potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- salt to taste salt
- 1 cup water
Method

Marinate the goat meat with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

In a pot, heat mustard oil over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Add the marinated goat meat to the pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
