  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • oil for frying vegetable oil

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and beaten egg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
