- 500 grams ground lamb or beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground spices (cumin, coriander)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 4 skewers metal or soaked wooden skewers
Method

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef with grated onion, salt, black pepper, and ground spices (if using). Mix well until fully combined.

Add the pomegranate molasses to the meat mixture and stir until well coated. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around the skewers, pressing firmly to secure the meat to the skewers.

Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
