Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 skewers metal or soaked wooden skewers

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, salt, black pepper, and mix well until fully incorporated.

    Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
