Ingredients

  • 200 grams Dutch cheese (e.g., Gouda or Edam)
  • 80 grams butter
  • 80 grams all-purpose flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • oil as needed vegetable oil
