  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons saffron water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 skewers metal or bamboo skewers
